This course provides training on the correct way to install stainless steel, twin wall, insulated rigid flue systems. It will cover both the design for, and installation of an internal chimney system into a residential property and will look at how this approach could be used with external systems too.
During the course, discussions will take place on the different system components and appropriate installation techniques that take into consideration the differences in various residential structures. The course will conclude with a practical and a written assessment.
Who Should Attend
This course is particularly relevant to Installation Engineers who wish to become HETAS registered in this area.
Pre-Requisites
Proven experience of work with heating and/or plumbing systems, as well as the construction industry.
NB Those who do not have the required prerequisites may still attend the course but can only be issued a Certificate of Attendance upon completion.
