Stovax & Gazco Training Academy reserves the right to re-allocate a course place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time. Once a course has been booked this forms a binding contract. The invoice together with a confirmation of booking, course details and directions to the venue, will be sent to the person who has made the booking, whether that booking is for them or another person.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Full payment will be debited from your account on completion of the booking process. A VAT receipt is available on request.
Stovax & Gazco Training Academy offers a group booking discount of 10% of the training fees for those sending 7 -12 candidates to the same course. For availability and further details please contact the Training Academy Administrator.
Any delegate can be substituted at any time prior to the start of the course without incurring a penalty. If a delegate requests to transfer to another course/date and informs Stovax & Gazco Training Academy in advance, the following levy will be charged:
Delegates must specify their choice of transfer date at the time of transfer. The option to transfer can only be used once within 60 days, after which non-attendance will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be given regardless of how much notice is given.
All cancellation notifications must be made in writing or by email to the Training Academy Administrator. When cancellations are received the following levy will be charged:
If the delegate fails to attend, the full course fee must be paid.
In exceptional circumstances Stovax & Gazco Training Academy, at their absolute discretion, may choose not to levy the above charges, but this will be decided on a case by case basis.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel published dates without liability. Any cancellation will be advised with a minimum 14 days' notice, unless in exceptional circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, where an alternative cannot be provided, monies received for the course(s) will be refunded in full. Where reasonable expenses have been incurred as a result of a cancellation or date amendment, please submit your request for reimbursement in writing to the Training Academy Administrator; VAT receipts must be provided.
All fees are current, however Stovax & Gazco Training Academy reserves the right to change them at any time.
